Employee Memo 9/16/19

In a review of our agency’s Paid Time Off policy, it was discovered that 24 hrs. of bereavement time has been incorrectly calculated annually into staff accrual rates.  This has been corrected as of 9/1/19.  The new accrual rates will be posted on our website, networkofcommunityoptions.org .   Because NCO, Inc. is experiencing a significant budget reductions, while continuing our agency’s effort to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. It has been determined effective 10/1/2019 that NCO, Inc. will have the 10 paid holidays as listed below:

 

  • New Year’s Day (January 1st)
  • Good Friday (Friday before Easter)
  • Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day (First Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving Day (4th Thursday in November)
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th)
  • Christmas Day (December 25th)
  • New Year’s Eve (December 31st)
